Refund policy
No-Questions-Asked Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so we will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your order. If you are outside of this window, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

Most issues can be solved with a few minor adjustments.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all inserts / fliers.
To return your product, please send your package - along with a slip of paper that includes your Order # and Customer Name - to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So you may wish to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Returns that do not include your Order # and Customer Name may not be credited.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. (See eligibility criteria above.)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that we process refunds once per week.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 days of it being processed, please contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges / Replacements
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please email pictures to jessica@glidelok.com, and we will make it right.
